Classes are approximately one hour long followed by a question and answer session. Subjects are taught by our expert staff and guest speakers, with resources and handouts to be provided. Composting Basics with Sean Gillman of Portland Nursery. Please join us for a lesson in home composting. We will cover basic methods, types of containers, ways to improve efficiency, and vermiculture (composting with worms!).
