TREE & SHRUB MONTHLY PICK

Conifer season begins in September at Portland Nursery and lasts through the winter. We display a beautiful selection of conifers from northwest native standards to exotic ornamentals throughout the winter.

Conifers provide excellent color, texture and structure for the modern garden. They come in a range of growth habits. Some are strong and upright like our classic Douglas Fir or Atlas Cedar, others weep from a trunk that is trained into a serpentine form, and others punctuate with tidy round little mounds.
